Luis was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 2006 he decided to apply at the University of Puerto Rico (UPR) in order to earn a Bachelor’s degree on Computer Science. After earning his degree on December of 2011, he immediately moved to Florida, USA, and applied at Full Sail University in order to earn a Master’s degree in Game Production, which he managed to complete on June of 2013.

Luis started to get deeply involved on the Entertainment Industry during his Master degree. During that time, he worked as a producer/programmer on various small game projects. In addition, he worked as a user experience researcher at Full Sail University User Experience Lab, a job in which he managed to do some usability, quality assurance, and localization testing for both AAA clients and small scale indie developers.

Currently, Luis is working as a Frontierland Attractions/Operations Specialist, Trainer/Facilitator, and Coordinator at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom. On these jobs he is currently creating happiness and an emotional connection with the Park's guests and cast members by indroducing Disney's stories, maintaining an immersive experience, and giving an exceptional guest and cast member service. In addition, he is currently collaborating with cast members, trainers, coordinators, and leaders in order to further enhance Frontierland's training/facilitating programs, policies, and procedures.

As an overall goal, Luis hopes to work somewhere in the entertainment industry, whether as a user experience researcher, quality assurance analyst and/or leader.
